All my colleagues need to work overtime must fill in application form to work overtime, after approval by the department manager may arrange for overtime;

one needs rest for one day in case he/she works overtime foe three consecutive days, which shall be under the coordination and arrangements of the branch office manager
where/in case any colleague of mine needs any overtime work,an application form for overtime work shall be filled and approved by the departments manager before he/she can do so.
