方法一：
1.首先，利用Excel快捷键"Ctrl + A"全选所以的单元格，然后，右键选择“设置单元格格式”。

7.工具---宏-----宏,选AllInternalPasswords,运行,确定两次,等2分钟,再确定即可完成操作。
