Community Sport,as an vital part in the development of our country's sports undertaking, invites more and more attention.It has caused a lot of impact in study.HuaiBei CoalIndustry Teacher's College has sports education major and community sports major in sports department.With the rapid development of economy,our country has put more and more into school sports,which develops a lot.The development of community sports stays at the bottle-neck,for it lacks of field,facility and community sports instructor.School sports,compares to community sports,has richer field and facility resources,as well as human resources,for it has accumulated a lot in theory and practice.At the contemporary state,whether school sports and community sports will join hands and interactive development will impact the development of community sports.According to the characteristics of Huaibei community education and the status of our school's development,this article tries to put forth ideas and feasibility solutions by questionnaire survey,which will push the sustainable development of community sports and school sports.

Huaibei Coal Industry Teachers College of Physical Education and Sports Department with two professional sports community. With China's rapid economic development, China's education sector investment in school sport is gradually increased, school sports have developed rapidly. Community Sports Development at the bottleneck of the Department, the venues and facilities with the lack of community sports instructors. After school sports development in the theoretical knowledge and practical experience have a considerable degree of accumulation of resources, human resources and facilities than the rich in community sports. In today's case, school sports and community sports can collaborate together, interaction will affect the development of community sports development process. This paper attempts to features in Huaibei City, community education and sports development of our school, using questionnaires and other methods to propose a solution for the problem and the feasibility of proposals, to promote community sports and college sports orderly and sustainable development.
