1：你没有安装eclipse的XML插件你可以去官网下
地址：http://download.eclipse.org/releases/helios/
2：windows ——preferences——Keys——Content Assist 我配置过了alt+/ in dialogs and windows
3：Editors——File Associations——*.XML 配置也要Default了Xml editors
4：XML——xml catalog ——ADD了dtd关联。Key , key type , Location看下有没有错。
