“含着金汤匙出生”vs“含着金钥匙出生”

• “含着金汤匙出生”比较接近原意，也符合逻辑。其实英文原话里是银汤匙，而不是金汤匙：born with a silver spoon in one's mouth，富贵人家用银（金）汤匙给出生的婴儿喂食是很有可能的事，而婴儿就会把银（金）汤匙含在嘴里。

• “含着金钥匙出生”在英文里没有对应的或接近的说法，而且钥匙一般比汤匙小，婴儿含着钥匙其实容易误吞的，是不太安全的，很少有家长会这么做的。
