因为没有特定指在世界上或者在中国，题中出现两个人，应该用比较级better更好。如果有出现一个三者及三者以上的范围，就用最高级best。一般有这几种形势：

the 最高级 in 范围
…… the 最高级，A，B or C?
……比较级，A or B?
A is 比较级 than B.
the +比较级……，the+比较级……
A.在两者中选一个用比较级，在两者以上选一个用最高级
