一般在实际生产过程中,影响耐折度测定的因素主要包含以下几点

(1)相对湿度。由低湿度向高湿度变化时,耐折度随之增大,到一定湿度后达到最大值,然后耐折度随湿度增加而下降。

(2)温度。由于温度升高,使纸张折叠区域内部的纤维强度下降,导致耐折度急剧下降,有时可下降到原来的1/3。

目前所用的耐折度仪,大多数都配有一个小型风扇,对折叠区域吹风,使折叠区域温度升高受到限制,以保证测试结果的稳定性。

(3)仪器张力。纸张耐折度试验,实际上是一个纸张在变化张力条件下,周期性地测定试样逐渐被折叠损伤的刀口抗张力,张力越大,纸张耐折的次数越小。

(4)仪器的折叠刀片以及夹口。仪器的折叠刀片以及夹口圆弧光滑程度和磨损情况对耐折次数也有明显的影响。

(5)瓦楞原纸及箱板纸的质量。

(6)粘合剂的初始粘度和粘结力是影响烘干后粘结面的柔韧性和纸板耐折度的关键。

(7)制箱过程中的压痕工艺。在纸箱的制造过程中,上、下压辊中心线的偏移,使压痕部分厚薄不均匀,或由于上、下压辊的距离调节不当,使瓦楞纸板受力过小或过大,造成压痕部分过厚或过薄,都会影响纸箱的耐折性能。
