hello,my name is anna,now,i feel like introducing my methods in keeping healthy.
firstly,we must form a good habit of our dielt.needless to say,many diseases all do effect through our food.so we must have a balanced dielt.
secondly,we also need to make full use our extracurricular activities'time.do not a lazy man,be a healthy man.so do more exciries,we will be more healthy.
