MIG焊,在惰性气体--氩气(或氩气﹢氦气)的保护作用下,焊丝作为熔化电极,电弧在焊丝与工件之间燃烧,焊丝连续送给并不断熔化,形成的熔滴不断向熔池过渡,与液态的母材金属混合,冷却后形成焊缝的一种焊接工艺。焊接过渡形式采用喷射过渡。用于铝及铝合金等金属焊接。
