那就坚持给国外客户发邮件去跟进他们,不管回复不回复,每周一封邮件过去,只要收不到对方的邮件退信就证明没拉黑,也不反感。

第一,要排除一下客户是否收到的邮件。

你发出去的邮件,有可能进了客户的垃圾箱或者根本没有收到。遇到这种情况,最好能和客户通过电话、whatsapp、facebook等再次确认下,尤其是进入到谈判阶段了更要重视一些。

第二,正常收件的情况下,要分析一下具体会是什么原因客户不回复你。

比如:

  1. 客户的邮箱挤满了各种供应商的邮件,客户来不及即时回复你。

  2. 你的产品和价格对比其他供应商是否有优势?

  3. 客户对你的产品暂时没兴趣或者没有采购需求?

因此,建议对症下药,针对不同的情况做不同的跟进策略。

  1. 多渠道和客户沟通,平常跟进的时候,可以留意找出客户的facebook、linkedin、whatsapp,甚至是微信,避免联系中断。

  2. 如果是因为竞争优势问题,需要对客户的需求做针对性分析,把产品的方案重新梳理,是否自己的产品太过于同质化,行业价格又太透明?遇到这种情况,可以尝试考虑把自己的产品做些整合,提高价值度。客户往往要的是解决方案,而不是单一产品。

  3. 暂时没兴趣的客户,可以定期保持联系,周期性发发产品的动态、公司产品资质、质检报告等。

客户开发过程中,要注意对客户做分类,根据国别、采购周期、规模大小、跟进阶段等做细分,再针对性去做跟进,避免千篇一律做群发。不然客户肯定不想回你。

在尽可能保证把对的产品方案给到对的人的理念下,再深入去挖掘客户行为意向。

这时就不一定要通过邮件回复来衡量了。就好像你给一个女生发消息,她不回你是正常的,但不代表她对你没有兴趣。也许她悄悄看了你所有朋友圈,还和周围的人聊起你。做外贸业务也是一样,客户不想回复你,可能只是觉得还没有到该回复你的阶段。虽然客户没有回复,但是可以跟踪一下客户是否打开邮件,是否点击邮件里的某个产品链接,是否过来访问你的网站等等。这些都有相应的工具,用起来就可以了。
