内部肯定是指球形空腔了。整个过程是这样子的,空腔里的干扰源带正电,会产生一个向外辐射的电场,根据电荷的同性相斥,异性相吸原理,会在球壳的内表面(对任何一个导体静电感应,达到稳定状态时,感应电荷都只会分布在其表面)感应出负电荷,而在球壳的外表面则对应的感应出正电荷。因为球壳的外表面接地,而地的电势为零,所以球壳外表面的正电荷经过地流走,而使球壳外表面没有了正电荷,球壳外表面没有了电荷,自然就无法再向外辐射电场了,从而对另外一个导体不起干扰作用。(补充一点:球壳的内表面由于干扰源的持续作用,会一直保持一个负电荷)
