from the view of、from the perspective of 一般是跟人的，跟问题也不是不可但不准确。

比如： viewing the living condition in China from the perspective of ...(businessmen,normal citizens and so on)
这里的话是一个问题到另一个问题，可以考虑使用based on
比如: a view of the living condition of citizens in China based on the house price.
话说，你的短语里的“高职”指的是啥？

顺便说一下，这里我把“看”翻译成了view （也可以用glampse或者glance之类的词但意思上稍有偏差）;
