在"It is important (strange，natural，necessary)that…"这类句型里，that所引导的主语从句中的谓语动词常用 “should十动词原形”结构，表示某事是"重要"、"奇怪"、"自然"、"必要"等意义。如:

It is important that every member (should) inform himself of these rules. 重要的是每个成员知道这些规则。

在suggest，demand，order，propose，insist，command，request，desire, recommend等动词后的宾语从句中，谓语动词用“should + 动词原形”，表示建议、要求、命令等。如:

I demand that he (should) answer me immediately.

advice, idea, order, plan, demand, proposal, suggestion, request等名词之后的表语从句和同位语从句中.如:

My suggestion is that we should hold a meeting this evening
