This design was based on the project which i was once intershiped and major involved content of construction management. The objective of this design is to provide scientific and rational program for the construction management and control of this project.
THIS design procced the construction organization management system mainly from aspects of the establishment of construction organization,general layout of the project,construcion plan,quality assurance,human resouce and mechnical arrangement ,safy ensurance。The general layout and schedule bar chart is planed.the content of this design generally covers all the requirement of the construction organization managements.besides,this design highlights the organization design,major contruction program,quality assurance,etcs.
through analysis of basic organization management , factors that would influence construction management and problems in execution, this monograph provide efficient management and detailed measures in organization ,financial and technical and probes them respectively.
