Abstract: Infrared remote control is widely used as a communication and control technology. Due to its small size、low power consumption、strong function and low costs etc，many companies adopt infrared remote control not only on TV and VCR but also the tape recorder, audio equipment, air condition even small electric equipment toys.
In addition,taking high pressure, radiation, poisonous gas, dust into accounts, using infrared remote control can effectively isolate industrial equipment from
electrical disturbance reliably. After serious analysis and research about design requirements,I come up with several feasible schemes and eventually select the best one which employ advanced microcontroller techniques.(该方案是采用先进的单片机技术实现遥控的主要手段，这句我没太看懂楼主的具体意思，所以先这样翻译了)
