Internal control regulation (ICR) is a common method used by modern enterprise for economic activity management (EAM) throughout every asperct of operational activities. Decent ICR is needed as long as EAM exist. It has become one of the most important index evaluating enterprises, and powerful way to raise competitive ability in today's increasing fierce market. This paper takes Zhonghuan as an case, the studies of its ICR has given out not only the characteristics of a uprising photovoltaic industry's internal control, but also the self-control capability of enterprise that distribute industry chain following trends.
