评中高级职称论文都要求在省级以上专业期刊上发表，文章发表前呢得按规定检索,超过百分之30的重复率是不能发表的。期刊杂志社一般要求不超过30%，CNKI好象也有规定：一篇文章复制比高于30%知网不予收录。如果能在专业期刊上发表，那就证明论文没问题了。
