Along with the economy growth in China and the influence of globalization, the amount of international hotel enterprises of exploring the Chinese market have been increased radically, significantly causing the increasing competition in the domestic market. In order to raise the competency, except purchasing and utilizing the more advanced equipments, customer services also play a vitally important role in terms of being more competitive. Standardized services was the base for the customer services of the hotels in the past, yet it requires more on the aspect of personalized services in nowadays. This article research the hotel services provided by XiXi Valley in Changzhou, started with the definition of personalized services, and finds out the solutions based on the problems found in the research.
