2.买回来的猪肚放入清水中揉搓1分钟,用刀刮干净内侧那层黄色的油脂。抓两把面粉,揉搓一分钟左右,再用清水洗净,重复一遍。

3.把猪肚外侧翻过来,切掉猪肚上的油脂,再撒上两勺盐,揉搓一分钟左右,清洗干净,再重复一遍。再抓两把面粉揉搓一分钟,清洗干净。

4.把猪肚内侧翻过来,撒上两勺盐,揉搓一分钟左右,清洗干净。猪肚就洗完了,内侧用面粉揉搓两遍,用盐揉搓一遍,外侧用盐揉搓两遍,用面粉揉搓一遍,猪小肚也是一样。
