With the rapid development and wide application of the Internet , the electronic commerce also became more and more prosperous, but the intellectual property infringement behavior involving behind the prosperity also became more and more excesive. However, because of the lagging behind of the social ideas and the behind of the network technology ,the absence of the laws and regulations, and the not perfect of risk supervision , these infringement has not been effectively restricted, these problems restrict the healthy development of our country electronic commerce and the effective protection of intellectual property rights from various perspectives. This paper is from this background, through the comparison of intellectual property protection measures of the electronic commerce in home and abroad,the author found the shortage of this space in our country at present , summarized the experience and studied the relevant literature, then put forward some advices about the intellectual property rights protection of the electronic commerce .
