I am sorry to hear that you feel discouraged.In my opinion,it is not trouble to feel unconfident about English when you did not get high scores in it.But what counts is that how you treat it.
There are some advices to you.On one hand,it is very important to learn English well.Because English is an useful language to communicate with foreigners.On the other hand,you should read English repeatedly and write it again and again.
As far as I am concerned,English is not so difficult if you have more confidence.

I just heard that you are to discontinue your English learning due to unsatisfied test score. I will never blame you for this thought, but I want you to know one day you will regret for this decision if you really do so. Because someday you will understand English is not just a tool of communication, it is also a gateway to a whole new world which is waiting for your exploration.
So, be patient and confident. Watch English movie for oral English vocabulary,and speak as much as you can, you will definitely find you are making progress everyday.
