打开IE浏览器和“我的电脑”文件夹要等很长时间是怎么了（运行其他程序都很快）。

清理一下系统垃圾和临时网页文件。在桌面上建立一个文本文件，把下面的内容进去，保存文件，然后用重命名将文本文件改为bat文件(即文件的后缀.txt改为.bat)。双击运行bat文件就OK了。
