SOLID95 is a higher order version of the 3-D 8-node solid element SOLID45.

在我安装的ansys 13.0中依然可以使用，但是如果你非要用给一个找的到的，那么请使用solid186

Although this legacy element（solid95） is available for use in your
analysis, ANSYS recommends using a current-technology
element such as SOLID186
(KEYOPT(2) = 1, or KEYOPT(2) = 0 for nonlinear analyses).
