这些题目主要考察时态和词性转换。要注意的是，seem,taste,smell,sound等这样的“感官动词”的用法和情态动词（can/may/should等）be动词（am/is/are）是一样的，后面接形容词，而实意动词run/sell/say等后面需要接副词，所以选择题的第一题taste后面跟的是GOOD而sell后面则是WELL。
填空中look既可以作为感官动词也可以作为实意动词，第一空是“看起来仔细”是感官动词，因而后面用形容词careful，而第二空是“仔细看”，是实意动词，因而用副词carefully
