首先要正确选择频率,频率越高电流透入深度越浅可以得到浅的硬化层深度,反之越深;在一定频率下还能通过调整加热速度与加热时间,实现所需达到的硬化深度,比如较低的加热速度势必需要较长的加热时间才能达到淬火温度,这样给了较多热量向内传导的时间,即使频率高些电流透入深度浅些的也可以由此获得深一点的淬硬层,比功率、感应器结构以及与工件表面间隙这些因素都会影响加热速度从而影响深度,即便如此在诸多因素当中定好电源频率还是最具主导意义的。 []
