不能。

最好不要串联使用。原因是:
1、放电:容量不同的电瓶,放电时,总会有一个先放完电,而另一个仍然电压较高,这时,即使有像电瓶车控制器一样的低压保护功能,也无法及时进行保护,对电池伤害大。
2、电瓶亏电:电瓶电压低于额定电压10%以下,就会有亏电的风险,而电瓶一旦亏电,其寿命缩短80%。
3、充电:容量不同的电瓶,充电时,总会有一个先充满电,而另一个仍然电压较低,这时,充电器会继续保持充电,已经充满的电瓶存在过充电的风险,
4、电瓶过充:电瓶过充电,将打破化学平衡,并伴随水的电解,同样会损坏电瓶,
5、充电原理:四段式充电是目前充电器的主流,电瓶电量低时采用恒流充方式,即在恒定电流下充电,此时,控制电路消耗的电能与充电相比占比较小,当电瓶电压达到一定值时,转为恒压充电方式,此时,与(某些充电机)固定电压充电方式一致了,随着电瓶电压的上升,充电电流逐步减少,直到充电电压与电瓶电压相当,此过程中,控制电路的消耗占比是逐渐变大的,所以,就有了四段式、五段式……,就是为了减少无谓的消耗,在恒压充电过程中,再进行恒流充(分段越多,效率越高,控制越复杂),当充电电压与电瓶电压相当时,进入所谓“渭流”充,此过程对充实电瓶较为重要,但是,电效率也是最低的。
综上所述,容量不一样的电瓶是不能串联使用的,除非你在充、放电过程中,人为干预,随时测量电瓶电压,并能及时处置。
