any 是任何的意思（经常用于否定句与疑问句中）
a lot of 和 many 都能修饰可数名词的，（是很多的意思)但a lot of 也可以修饰不可数名词 many 却绝对不
much 只能修饰不可数名词(意思也是 ：很多）
many,any 语境不同。any比many 更具体。I hava many friends and any of them is student.I have many friends ,some of them is student and the other is not..some 比 any 含糊吧。
