Bill is my good friend. He has a healthy lifestyle. He always drinks a glass of milk and eats an egg for breakfast. He has rice and different kinds of vegetables for lunch. For dinner, he usually eats some fish and vegetables. He never eats junk food.
Bill exercises every day. And he goes to bed early and gets up early, too. He sleeps nine hours every night.
As a middle school student,I think healthy habits are very important to us. we should keep a balanced diet. to eat more vegetables and less meat is good for us. we should get up and go to bed on time.It is a bad habit to stay up late at night.it is bad for our health.we should keep doing exercise everyday.such as going for a walk after you have dinner. it is also important for you to learn how to relax yourself.
