  1. SMT红胶浮高分析与解决,我们SMT实际总结了一下;请了解下。 

    (1)贴片胶无品质问题产生浮高是PCB板上是否有板硝,印胶前用防静电毛刷刷一下;    胶量是否印太多(一般0.15-0.20mm钢网即可),钢网开0.25mm厚了不行的;贴    片机适当给予一定贴装压力,PCB板下面放顶针;过炉固化尽量不要链条轨道抖动。

    (2)贴片胶有品质问题问题就很多了,比喻回温受潮;热膨胀系数偏高等,我们客户给的    IPC浮高标准是≤0.1mm;因此几乎不可以浮高的;

    (3)印刷问题   有无印刷过厚,偏位,拉尖等;

    (4)元器件贴装压力过小;

    (5)回流焊是热风还是什么?有无放到轨道的正中心过炉;

    (6)另外还不知道你是点胶工艺还是印刷工艺;

    (7)点胶还要看下点胶嘴是否大小一致,钢网同样也是开孔是否一. 最普遍,最容易出现的情况是:固化时预热区升温速率过快。 

  2. 红胶的主要成分是环氧树脂,其在受热后会出现膨胀,就是热膨胀系数.其在越短的时间受热越高,其热膨胀系数越大. 

  3. 回流焊时,如果预热区升温的速度过快,红胶就会在瞬间膨胀,热膨胀系数就会达到极限将平贴于pcb表面的组件顶起而形成高件.
