应该是go和goes的区别。
从时态上来看：
goes只能用于一般现在时态。go可以用在一般现在时和将来时态。
例句：

从人称上来看：
goes只能和第三人称单数连用。go可以和第一人称单数、复数，第二人称单数、复数，第三人称复数连用。
例句：
He goes out drinking night after night.
We go there by bus.
