Currently most meetings are using the traditional paper, plastic or copper ZhuoPai to display the name, each group meeting all need to make, and relevant personnel rate is low, caused the great waste resources in our country, do not accord with the requirement of economical society together. And ZhuoPai mainly through electronic conference instead of traditional LCD display names, ZhuoPai meeting for information, etc. This paper introduces the PC terminals, small conference information, and the software design is discussed, the design method of the relevant procedures and prepare the computer terminals, small meeting information data transmission and control software, based on RS485 bus terminal of information communication, remote control and data transmission. Using electronic ZhuoPai instead of traditional ZhuoPai one-time, can save lots of manpower and material resources, also reflect modern conference, good environment.
