Especilly during a couple days of practical training,I can keep a conscientious and careful attitude to work,with a will to bear hardships and hard work,It seems that I have got an excellent result on finishing my task.Ferthermore,I also turn to the leaders and associates for help when there are some problems.I listened to their suggestions carefully,and from a part I may judge the whole.I have a great relationship with my associates.
But on the other side,I have to try my best to be more polite to my guests.And sometimes I can hardly control my emotion that may influence my job,but please trust me, I will do every effort to be better！（但是请相信我，我会尽一切努力让自己做得更好！）
