没办法，只能多和他们交流，前期是痛苦的，熬过去就行了。
然后推荐给你一个说英语的软件，“英语流利说”，里面基本上有许多句子，你可以听，也可以练。
最后，看看国外普通人录制的视频，看看他们怎么说说，你听听是否听的懂。
