解决方案：
打开word和excel的选项设置界面（估计powerpoint也是如此），进入信任中心设置，点击受保护视图，把界面上的结果check框都去掉，如下图：
这个问题的原因估计是office 2013预览版对保护视图的功能还没有完全正确实现，当根据选项设置准备用受保护视图打开诸如网络上的文档或邮件附件时就会报错。

Click Protected View
Uncheck the following boxes：
Enable Protected View for Files originating from the Internet
Enable Protected View for Files located in potentially unsafe locations
