找到word的默认模板文件删了就会重建，就好了
C:\Documents and Settings\你的用户名\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates下有个Normal.dat的文件，删了重启word
因为你加载了错误模板，需删除
在文件地址栏或者运行中输入C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates
将里面文件全部删除，在通过程序打开WORD
卸了，装WPS，比office好用多了
